All content and materials provided by Capabl India through its website, courses, workshops, training programs, and other services, including but not limited to videos, presentations, course materials, text, graphics, logos, software, project resources, and learning modules, are owned by Capabl India or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course content or other intellectual property without prior written permission from Capabl India.
Any projects, assignments, or other work created by users remain subject to applicable intellectual property laws and any specific agreements governing their creation. Users must not infringe the intellectual property rights of Capabl India or any third party.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of protected materials may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to legal action where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Capabl India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, its website, courses, workshops, training programs, or related services.
Capabl India does not guarantee specific academic results, skill levels, employment outcomes, internships, placements, salary packages, business opportunities, or career advancement as a result of participation in its programs.
While Capabl India makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, relevant, and up-to-date educational content, it does not warrant that all information or materials will be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user's individual requirements.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law, including any non-excludable consumer rights.
Capabl India shall make reasonable efforts to deliver its educational programs and related services in accordance with the information communicated to enrolled users.
Capabl India shall not be responsible for disruptions or delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments made to users.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary devices, internet connectivity, software, and technical facilities to participate in online programs, unless otherwise specified by Capabl India.
Capabl India’s liability, where legally permissible, shall be limited to the direct loss attributable to its breach of applicable contractual obligations. Nothing in this section overrides the refund obligations or timelines set out in Section 11, or any other rights expressly provided under these Terms or applicable law.
Capabl India reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to its website, learning platform, courses, workshops, or community features if the user:
Where reasonably practicable, Capabl India will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before termination, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or the protection of users.
Users may request withdrawal from a program by contacting Capabl India's support team. Withdrawal, suspension, or termination does not automatically entitle a user to a refund. Any refund eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Refund/Cancellation Terms and mandatory legal requirements.
Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of courts or forums that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict a user's statutory right to approach an appropriate consumer commission, regulatory authority, or other competent forum where permitted by applicable law.
Capabl India's educational programs are intended for school, undergraduate and postgraduate students, college faculty members, working professionals and other eligible participants across various academic disciplines or industrial domains. Eligibility for individual courses, workshops, internships, faculty development programs, or professional training programs may vary according to the specific program requirements.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and enrollment.
Where a program has specific educational prerequisites, professional qualifications, age requirements, technical requirements, or other eligibility conditions, users must satisfy those conditions before enrolling.
Where a user is under 18 years of age, Capabl India will process their personal data only with verifiable consent of their parent or legal guardian, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Capabl India does not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. Institutions partnering with Capabl India are responsible for obtaining such consent for the students they enrol, and must provide evidence of it on request.
Capabl India reserves the right to verify eligibility information and decline or cancel enrollment where the stated eligibility requirements are not met, subject to applicable law and the relevant refund terms.
The fees, applicable taxes, payment deadlines, and other charges for each course, workshop, or training program shall be communicated to users through Capabl India's official enrollment process or authorized communication channels.
Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the total payable amount, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and relevant terms before completing a payment.
Payments must be made through the payment methods officially made available or authorized by Capabl India. Users should retain their payment receipts, transaction references, and enrollment confirmations for future reference.
Where Capabl India permits installment payments, registration fees, or partial payments, the applicable payment schedule, outstanding balance, due dates, and conditions for continued participation shall be communicated to the user through the official enrollment process or authorized communication channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payment of a registration fee or initial installment does not automatically mean that the entire course fee has been paid or that all course benefits have been activated.
Failure to pay the applicable fees by the communicated deadline may result in restricted access, delayed enrollment, or suspension of participation, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated at enrollment.
Capabl India reserves the right to revise the pricing of future enrollments. Any change in pricing shall not retrospectively alter an already confirmed enrollment unless the user agrees or the change is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Users should contact Capabl India's support team if a payment is deducted but enrollment is not confirmed, or if a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs.

Users are responsible for understanding the requirements of their selected program, including any mandatory attendance, assessment, project completion, or certification conditions communicated before or during enrollment.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in appropriate disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law and the relevant program terms.
Capabl India provides educational content, training, workshops, projects, mentoring, and related services for learning and skill development.
Information available on the website or through its programs is provided for general educational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of specific professional, academic, financial, or employment outcomes.
Although Capabl India makes reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and relevance of its programs, course content, tools, schedules, instructors, and delivery formats may change where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an enrolled user's paid program shall be communicated where appropriate and handled in accordance with the applicable enrollment terms and law.
Any references to internships, employment opportunities, industry connections, career guidance, or placement assistance describe potential support services and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment, selection, remuneration, or a particular career outcome.
Capabl India's website and services may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party platforms. Capabl India is not responsible for the independent content, availability, or practices of third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes any express commitment made by Capabl India to a user or any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from their unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This may include unauthorized distribution of copyrighted course materials, misuse of another person's account, or activities that unlawfully harm Capabl India or other users.
Any indemnification obligation shall apply only to the extent that the relevant loss results from the user's conduct or breach. It shall not apply to losses caused by Capabl India's own negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of contract, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Capabl India will handle any indemnification claim in a manner consistent with applicable law and the rights of the parties concerned.
Capabl India's refund and cancellation arrangements shall be governed by the applicable Refund Policy and any specific written terms disclosed for the relevant course, workshop, or training program at the time of enrollment.
Under Capabl India's published Refund Policy:
Eligible refunds shall be processed within the stated period of 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to verification and payment-provider processing.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@capabl.in with the user's enrollment details, payment reference, and supporting information.
Any program-specific refund promise, fee-refund offer, or special cancellation arrangement shall be governed by its disclosed eligibility criteria and written terms. In the event of a conflict, Capabl India shall clarify the applicable terms, and mandatory consumer rights shall prevail.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required under applicable law.

Users may contact Capabl India for assistance regarding enrollment, payments, course access, certificates, attendance, refunds, privacy, or other program-related matters.

Continued use of Capabl India's website or services after the effective date of an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
