Hassle-free refunds with fairness and transparency

At CAPABL, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs. Our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining transparency regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only if we fail to deliver the course/workshop as promised. Refunds are processed based on the percentage of the program that remains undelivered.
• Full Refund (100%) – If CAPABL fails to initiate or deliver the program at all.
• Partial Refund – If CAPABL delivers only a portion of the program, we will refund the equivalent percentage of the undelivered portion.

Example:

If 80% of the program is delivered, and 20% remains undelivered due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund 20% of the total course fee to the enrolled student.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

❌ Once a course/workshop has been fully delivered, no refund will be processed.
❌ No refund will be granted for change of mind, incomplete participation, or personal reasons.
❌ If a participant fails to attend sessions or drops out mid-course, they are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
