No. A laptop is recommended for a better hands-on experience, but it is not mandatory. You can participate using your smartphone and collaborate with teammates who have laptops.
No. The program is fully sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Government of India under PM-USHA, along with the host university.
No. Participants are expected to arrange their own accommodation unless the host university has specifically announced stay arrangements.
Students from all branches and academic backgrounds are welcome. No prior knowledge of AI, coding, Computer Science, or Engineering is required. The workshop is designed to help beginners learn AI fundamentals and practical product-building skills in a simple, hands-on manner.

The hackathon is a team-based event. If you do not have a team, you can still register and form or join a team during the workshop. Many participants find their teammates at the venue.
Yes, you can. Most members meet their teammates on the venue. So don't worry about a teammate, just join and make a team on the campus!
No. Attendance throughout the workshop is mandatory to be eligible for the hackathon.
Participation is subject to the host university's approval and event guidelines. You are encouraged to register, and eligible participants will be informed accordingly.
Faculty participation is subject to the host university's approval. If permitted, the workshop can be valuable for understanding practical AI applications and emerging technologies.
Yes. Participants who attend all workshop days and complete the required attendance process will receive a certificate of participation. Hackathon winners will receive an additional winner certificate.
