In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn how to automate people-processes and personalize learning engagement using AI Agents—without writing a single line of code.
You’ll design a workflow that connects your everyday tools (Google Sheets, Gmail, Notion or LMS exports) to an AI engine that can:
• Assign or recommend training automatically
• Send personalized learning reminders and feedback
• Summarize training outcomes or survey responses
• Email reports to managers—all without manual follow-ups
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a working HR/L&D AI Assistant that can handle real tasks inside your organisation—saving hours every week and making learning experiences feel truly personal.
